New Lotus Elite concept hybrid convertible supercar first video

Lotus made a sensation at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The automaker took the spotlight, adding five new concept cars. One of the proposed car is the Lotus Elite, a 2 +2 Grand Tourer from a 611-horsepower supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine from the Lexus IS-F driven borrowed. A surprising detail of this Lotus is its weight. The Elite tips the scales at 3,600 pounds, a mammoth total for everything with the company insignia. The reason for many, that extra weight may lie in the roof, like the Elite is equipped with a retractable folding hard top.
