Europe: Statistics of cars sold in October

In October, the best-selling car model in European countries is the Volkswagen Golf.
From this model were made 38 500 number. Second place was again a model for VW - Polo. In this Polo is alone among the top ten selling models for which demand has increased in October (13.1%). These data show the analytical agency JATO Dynamics.

In October in Europe sold 29,500 cars VW Polo. So the little VW sales outpaced third-placed Ford Fiesta (26,967 sales).

The remaining seven models in the top ten best selling cars in Europe: Renault Clio (26,365), Peugeot 207 (20,977), Renault Megane (20,805), Opel Corsa (19,465), Opel Astra (18,965) Ford Focus (18,798) and Fiat Punto (18,003).

In most brand cars in Europe in October sold Volkswagen - 126,354 cars. Followed by Renault and Ford, respectively, 91,667 and 78,213 sales.

In October the total in Europe are sold 1.062 million cars. This is 16.1 percent less than the same month last year. In October, most new cars were sold in Germany - 256 843.
