GM delivered 8.39 million vehicles in 2010

GM delivered 8.39 million vehicles globally in 2010, an increase of 12.2% compared to 2009. More exactly, they are cons 7477178 8389769 units sold in 2009 sales. Chevrolet is the top brand cars delivered with 4271189. Buick was fourth with 718,848 sales, GMC is fifth with 446,567 sales and Cadillac is 6th with 180,724 sales. Note that China has become the largest market group in 2010 in the U.S..
